The Gym of Oneonta has a full range of exercise machines and equipment to satisfy a gym novice or the experienced fitness guru. We pride ourselves in maintaining a clean, modern, and welcoming gym environment for exercises of all ages and fitness levels.  Our cardio equipment includes treadmills, recumbent and upright bikes, elipticals, arc trainers, and Stairmasters. We have a full variety of free weights and 15 weight and circuit machines. Experienced trainers are on duty at all times to help you achieve the best form and maximum results.  Personal training is also available. Just ask one of our friendly trainers about their availability.  Our seven-lane, 25-yard swimming pool is the only indoor pool in the area. We offer swim classes for children and adults, water aerobics, and lap swimming at any time. We also offer Red Cross certified lifeguard training and scuba lessons.  Get a golden glow in one of our tanning beds. After your workout, shower in our locker room. Towels are complimentary.  While you workout or are in class, The Gym provides a playroom for your children.
